Intro

I serve women who are seeking something deeper—those open to alternative approaches to health, committed to education, and ready to take responsibility for their well-being. My path has been shaped by both a reverence for tradition and a hunger for truth beyond borders. Through travels across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia, I’ve encountered healing philosophies far different from those of my upbringing, each one expanding my understanding of the body, mind, and spirit.

In 2016, I earned the title of Registered Aromatherapist, studying Complementary and Alternative Medicine at the American College of Healthcare Sciences and passing the Aromatherapy Registration Council’s exam. But my healing journey began long before that. In June 2012, I answered the call to midwifery, training as a birth doula with the esteemed Debbie Lavin of Doula Space. That calling led me to the Midwives College of Utah, where I began formal studies in 2013 to earn a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery (BSM).
​My life’s work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins at the root. I support women in every season of life—maiden, mother, matriarch—as they uncover the underlying causes of their physical, emotional, and spiritual dis-ease. Whether through birthwork, coaching, or education, my mission is to guide women into transformation that is lasting, holistic, and aligned with the divine design of womanhood.

My life’s passion is to serve—in whatever capacity the Lord places before me. I strive to live a life marked by Christian humility, where faith is not only a foundation, but a compass. Diplomatic by nature and devoted to Family, God, and Country, I aim to stand as a woman of strength and grace, drawing from the eternal wisdom entrusted to women through the ages.

As I seek to “succor the weak, lift up the hands which hang down, and strengthen the feeble knees” (Doctrine & Covenants 81:5), I do so with a heart turned toward heaven. My hope is to live in such a way that I might one day hear the words, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant:… enter thou into the joy of thy Lord” (Matthew 25:21).​
